Jardins et Château de Vaire-le-Grand
Built in 1713 in an exceptional location, the castle de Vaire-le-Grand is representative of the
sober architecture characteristic of the first half of the 18th century. Among its treasures is the remarkable formal garden, a reminder of the type of 18thcentury landscaping wich united architecture with the garden. Here and there, the greenery seems to form rooms ; there are sculpted yew trees, covered pathways and more.
