Montrichard
At the foot of the imposing 11th century keep is nestled Montrichard, a small and adorable tourist twon of old stone houses. Bathed by the Cher, it unveils for the visitor its 15th century Romanesque church, Notre Dame de Nanteuil, as well as the Sainte Croix church where Jeanne of France was married. It's a stopping place full of charm, for strolling and dreaming.
