Description :
Services: grandstands, 150 chairs, sound system for a speech, cloakroom and guard service.
Condition of provision with rooms: quotation drawn up regarding time and number of people.
The choice of caterer is free.
Also included in the room rental:
Audio system (2 wireless microphones, 2 microphones on stands), slide projector, flipchart, overhead projector.
Also rooms 4 and 5 (not pictured).
A time limit is 2:30 am.
The back side of the hotel overlooks the garden.
This one, made available thanks to the City of Paris in the day, can be privatized for evening events.
The maximum capacity of our conference room is 140 people.
There are 5 reception rooms (190m²) on the ground floor and 2 meeting rooms (situated on the first floor)
The meeting rooms are on the first floor, lit by daylight and they look out, one on to the Place Saint-Georges and the other on to the the garden.
